3 Big Announcements for an Incredible First Day

First off, thank you so much to everyone who has pledged! It means the world to us that you believe in our dream and want to see it succeed. There's a ton to cover so let's dive in:

#1 - The Quickstart Guide... Is Live!

Our sincerest apologies for the delay — but it's finally here! Download the quickstart guide on our Kickstarter page (it's 100+ pages, so it might take a few seconds). You'll get a first-hand look at the basic rules, a sneak-peek at a brand-new art piece, and a full adventure to run with your friends. 

If you have questions about the quickstart guide or have trouble downloading it, let us know and we'll post an update or to the FAQ to help you out.

#2 - The Nuadan Chronicles Is 39% Funded!

What in the what!? I don't know if some of you know this but a Kickstarter getting to at least 30% within the first 24-48 hours is a big deal. Like most-Kickstarters-that-do-that-succeed big deal. So again, thank you! Let's keep this hype train going all through October and get to those yummy stretch goals and add-ons.

#3 - We're Increasing the Limit for the Founder's Tier!

Thought you missed out on your chance to build your own guild and character in the world of Nuada? Think again. We're increasing the number of slots for the Founder's Tier from 2 to 4! This is your chance to become part of the world and lore of Nuada.

Regarding the recent controversy surrounding Kickstarter and unionization, we would like to let our backers know the following:

We support the efforts of Kickstarter employees to unionize.

Kickstarter United has not called for a boycott of the platform. As small creators relying on the site for financial support and discovery, we are grateful for this.

That said, should we ever need to crowdfund in the future and the issue of Kickstarter unionization has not been resolved, we will be using another platform.

We ask that you continue to support our game and other creators who were committed to launching their campaigns on the platform long before the Kickstarter unionization controversy began.

We're Looking Into International Shipping!

After talking to backers and friends outside the U.S., we feel there's enough demand for physical copies of the game to look into international shipping and fulfillment.

There is a lot of complicated math involved — our goal is to make sure you, our backers, are charged a fair and reasonable amount. We are scouting fulfillment centers and will let you know whether or not we will open up international shipping in a future update.
